• Secured entrances and doors – All external doors are equipped with locking systems, but residents have easy access
• Emergency response system throughout Acacia Village – Direct line to on-site staff and local emergency services, with regular testing and maintenance of the system to ensure reliability
• Individual pendant/wrist band for each resident – Waterproof and comfortable to wear 24/7 with one-touch activation for immediate assistance
• Pool attendant in pool area – Monitors pool activities during operational hours, making sure that there is compliance with safety rules and regulations
• 24/7 staff onsite at the front desk – Always available to address concerns or emergencies and coordinating with other staff and emergency services as needed
• 24/7 mobile security unit on the Masonic Campus – Patrols of the grounds and parking areas, providing a swift response to any security concerns
• Sprinkler system throughout the entire facility – Regular inspections and maintenance are performed for optimal performance in case of an emergency
